Temporary insanity

For reasons I will never fully understand, Jon and I decided to go to the mall yesterday and splurge on clothing. We both hate the mall, and we have, like, zero dollars in the bank, but apparently neither of these were of consideration during this moment of dementia. While in Anthropologie (*just* the place for one who is broke), I stumbled upon a small display of exquisite little baby clothes. Who knew they sold those?! They were “on sale,” (read: still ridiculously overpriced) and, having visions of grandeur, I decided that my baby girl absolutely needed to be adorned is such finery. So I bought her a dress. And a hat. And a coat. And boy did she look adorable decked out in them. Luckily, I came to my senses this morning and realized that spending anything more than consignment prices on someone who’s going to vomit on her clothes and wear them twice is just silly, so today I returned them. But not before doing a tags-on photo shoot! :)

I know I’m a sick lady, but just fyi… anthro takes returns sans tags. Me loves me a liberal return policy.

But more importantly: uber cute!
